Licensing & Permits

All individuals employed in a paid security capacity within the State of San Andreas must hold a valid Guard Card issued by the Bureau.

Guard Card Registration

The Guard Card authorizes an individual to work as a registered security officer in the State of San Andreas.

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • No active felony convictions
  • Valid State Identification
  • Employment with a licensed security agency

Guard Card Firearms Permit

The Firearms Permit authorizes a licensed guard to carry a firearm while actively engaged in security duties. This permit does not authorize personal concealed carry.

License Verification

Employers and law enforcement agencies may verify the validity of a license through official Bureau channels. Expired, suspended, or revoked licenses are not valid.

Regulations & Statutory Authority

The Bureau of Security & Investigative Services operates under the authority of the Security Services Regulation Act of the State of San Andreas. All licensees are subject to applicable statutes, administrative rules, and enforcement actions issued by the Bureau.

Disciplinary Actions

The Bureau may suspend, revoke, or deny a license for violations including, but not limited to:

  • Providing false information during application
  • Criminal convictions affecting moral character
  • Carrying a firearm without proper authorization
  • Misconduct while performing security duties

Licensees are responsible for maintaining compliance at all times. Ignorance of regulatory requirements does not exempt an individual from enforcement action.
